Sailing course adults – midweek
A professional skipper and a group of maximum 5 students will sail aboard a J/80 sailboat and a First 36.7 or Hanse 345 sailboat
The course lasts four days and consists of 4 sailing trips, one per day.
3 sessions will be on J80 and one session on First 36.7 or Hanse 345
All our sailing courses prioritize practice.
The theory is taught directly on board with the help of didactic material that students will receive before the course.
The lessons include the following activities:

* Tuning of the sails
* Wind directions
* Tack and jibe – Optimization of maneuvers
* Trim the sails
* Preparation of the gennaker maneuver
* Man overboard maneuver
* Anchoring maneuver
* Curl the sails
