2 Incentive Regatta

A regatta is an ideal incentive after a business conference. The personalized briefing at your conference room or in front of the sailing boats explains the basics of racing and the features of the sailing boats.
The briefing also includes different metaphors to highlight the similarities between sailing and business environment, as well as the importance to work as a team. The celebration for the winning team adds a unique touch to your event.
Our high-performance sailing boats are ideal for novice sailors as well as experts. Highest participation is guaranteed. No previous experience needed.

Program

Arrival of clients, meeting point in front of the sailing boats.

Welcome briefing, team building, weather forecast and technical regatta briefing, formation of groups and introduction to skipper, security briefing and then leaving port.

Changing-rooms and showers are available for clients.

The regattas take place on windward leeward circuits. We'll do a minimum of 3 races.
OBJECTIVE: maximum participation

Returning to port. Celebration of the winning team with white sparkling wine served in crystal glasses for all participants. Medals for the winning team.
