1 Team Building Regatta in Barcelona
The Regata Team Building or Regata de empresa is a motivation and training tool developed by Business Yachtclub Barcelona together with experts in management skills.
Its methodology is experiential, based on the "learning by doing", combining interactive indoor sessions with the navigation activity. Navigating involves working as a team, communicating effectively, making decisions, being oriented to results and, in addition, a good dose of motivation. The type of sailboat that is used for this regatta is the J80, a high performance sailboat.
Program - Half Day
Experience Highlights:
- Welcome Aboard: Begin your adventure in front of the boats.
- Motivational Briefing: Get ready for a unique team-building experience with a blend of sailing, weather insights, and regatta rules.
- Regattas: Race in the footsteps of champions with a thrilling upwind-downwind circuit. The objective? Pure participation and teamwork!
- Professional Race Management: Our dedicated regatta committee boat, complete with buoys and referees, ensures a fair and competitive race on the water.
- Final Celebration: Cava for all the participants and medals for the winners to close the event in the best way
- No Previous experience needed: a professional skipper will be aboard to coordinate the tasks and insure safety.
Program:
- Welcome in front of the boats.
- Presentation of the activity, team building, weather forecast and regatta rules. Teams go on board.
- Regattas. Minimum 2/3 races. Upwind-downwind circuit. Objective: participation.
- The regatta committee boat with buoys and referee will manage the race on the water
- Boats come back at port. Waiting for the teams, final celebration with white sparkling wine for everybody and medals for the winners.

J-Boats - J80: Regatta sailing boats, 5 pax per boat: For groups of up to 60 people you can choose to sail with J80 racing sailboats, for a more competitive race.
Cruisers: Bigger sailing boats, 8 pax per boat: New sailboats, fully equipped, for regattas on large and comfortable sailboats
